“Outstanding same-day service. Miguel came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot at a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10.”

Feel the difference
Drag your finger across a Valley rooftop in August.
That’s what a thermal camera sees at 2 p.m. in Tulare: a roof soaking up 150° of sun and pushing it straight into your attic. Our job is turning that picture blue, with a right-sized unit, sealed ducts, and an attic that isn’t fighting the system.

Why MG’s
Honest work from a crew that lives here.

- 01
The owner still answers the phone.
Miguel Guerra started MG's in 2011 and is still on job sites every week. You talk to the person responsible, not a call center.
- 02
Fix first. Replace only when it's right.
Reviewers keep saying the same thing: we show up, fix it, and don't push a new unit. When replacement really is the better deal, we'll show you the math.
- 03
Priced for the Valley.
Several customers have reported repairs at a third to a half of what larger companies quoted. Written quotes, flat pricing, financing when you need it.
- 04
Built for 110° and ag dust.
Right-sized systems, sealed ductwork, and filtration that survives the San Joaquin Valley, ranked worst in the nation for particle pollution by the American Lung Association.
One visit.
108° to 72°.
- 2:10 PM: 108° outside.
The unit is running nonstop and the living room is 84°. Somebody finally calls.
- 3:40 PM: diagnosis.
Eddie finds a failed capacitor and a refrigerant charge 30% low. Flat price, explained in plain English.
- 4:25 PM: fixed.
Parts were on the van. Charge corrected, coil cleaned, airflow measured. Cold air at the registers.
- Tonight: 72°.
The house holds temperature without the unit screaming. That's the whole job.
How it works
From “it’s blowing warm” to cold air in four steps.
- 01
Call or text
Tell us what's happening. If it's a no-cool emergency with kids or seniors in the house, say so and you go to the front of the line.
- 02
Straight diagnosis
A licensed tech finds the actual fault, shows you, and gives you a flat price before touching anything.
- 03
Fixed, usually that visit
Our vans carry the capacitors, motors and refrigerant Valley systems eat. Most repairs finish the same trip.
- 04
We stand behind it
A labor-warranty plan you can add monthly or annually, and a phone number that's still answered next year.

Reviews
What neighbors say after the house cools down.
“They installed a new 4-ton, 15 SEER Bosch system for us. Best price of every bid we got, and it wasn't even close.”
“Our AC died late on a Saturday night. Miguel answered, came out, and had it fixed that same night, with no emergency-pricing gouging.”
“I'm on a fixed income and another company quoted me almost $1,000. Eddie came the same day and did the repair for a third of that. They even worked out a payment plan with me.”
“Old AC replaced the same day I approved the quote. The owner drove hours to pick up a part so we wouldn't sleep another night in the heat. Cheaper than the bigger companies, too.”
“Eddie installed new ducts and cleaned the condenser for about half of what the big guys quoted. Clean work, explained everything.”

Service area
Four counties, one hour from the shop.
Based at 754 N Gateway St in Visalia with roots in Tulare. Same-day summer service across Tulare County; next-day across Kings, Fresno and Kern.
Questions
Straight answers before you call.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Visalia, CA (MG's started in Tulare in 2011) and serve Tulare, Kings, Fresno, and Kern Counties, including Visalia, Hanford, Dinuba, Cutler, Orosi, Porterville, Exeter, Lindsay, Reedley, Kingsburg, Selma, Delano, and surrounding communities.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. MG's Air Conditioning & Heating is a California-licensed HVAC contractor (CSLB License #960470) and carries all required insurance and bonding. You can verify our license on the CSLB website.
How quickly can you come out for an AC repair?
During summer we run same-day and next-day calls across Tulare County and usually within 24–48 hours for Kings, Fresno and Kern Counties. No-cool emergencies with seniors, infants, or health concerns in the home go to the front of the line.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates for new system installations and replacements are always free and come as a written quote with no obligation. Repair calls include a flat diagnostic fee that's credited toward the repair.
What regular maintenance does a heating and air conditioning system need?
Unrestricted airflow is the key. Filters, coils, and heat exchangers need to be clear of Valley dust and debris. We recommend a professional check twice a year, spring for cooling and fall for heating, and changing your filter every 30–60 days during summer.
When should I replace my existing heating and air conditioning unit?
Most manufacturers suggest 12–20 years. If your system has broken down several times, your bills keep climbing, or a repair would cost more than about a third of a new system, replacement usually makes more financial sense. We'll give you an honest assessment either way.
